We want your Bolt Bikes experience to be smooth and stress-free, from the moment you order to the moment your new ride arrives. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship across Australia.
Shipping Rates

FREE Shipping: Spend $100 or more and we’ll cover your shipping costs to most Australian cities.

Flat Rate: For orders under $100, a simple flat shipping fee of $10 applies.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
We strive to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times can vary depending on your location and the size of your order, especially during busy periods. Here’s what you can expect:

Want to pick up your order in person? You’re welcome to collect from our Melbourne HQ. If you’d like your bike assembled before pickup, just let us know—assembly fees may apply.
Special Shipping Considerations

Remote Deliveries: Orders going to remote or low-service areas may incur extra charges. We’ll reach out with a quote if that’s the case.

No International Shipping: At this time, we only deliver within Australia.

No P.O. Boxes for Bikes: Bikes and large parcels can’t be shipped to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Accessories under 20kg may be sent to P.O. Boxes via Australia Post.

All bike deliveries require a signature on arrival. Please make sure someone is available to receive your order. If a delivery is missed, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Optional Shipping Insurance
For peace of mind, you can add shipping insurance at checkout—covering your order for up to $2,000.
Tracking & Order Updates
Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you tracking details via email. If your delivery is delayed or you have any concerns, just reach out to us with your order number and we’ll help you out.
Assembly Information
Your bike will arrive securely boxed and about 80% assembled. We recommend professional assembly to ensure safety and performance. Please note: Incorrect assembly may void your warranty.
Double-Check Your Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We can’t recover or refund orders sent to incorrect addresses.
