At Bolt Bikes Australia, we prioritise quality and customer satisfaction. We stand behind our products, with a comprehensive nationwide warranty to ensure your peace of mind.

Warranty Overview

Coverage
- What We Cover:
  - Manufacturing faults, defects, and/or failures.
  - Original purchasers of the product with a presentable receipt.
- What We Don't Cover:
  - Claims, damages, or failures due to:
    - Misuse (e.g., impact, collision, or freestyle activities).
    - Exposure to external elements causing damage such as blemishes, stains, rust, or similar.
    - Incorrect fitment, installation, or assembly.
    - Repairs or services undertaken by unauthorised persons or companies.
    - Wear and tear items (e.g., tyres, tubes, bearings, brake pads, discs, seats, perishables, or fluids).
    - Lack of servicing or failure to uphold the regular maintenance schedule as outlined in your manual.
    - Modifications or alterations not supplied as original by Bolt Bikes Australia.
    - Freight or transport damages (please opt for shipping insurance at checkout if required).

Claims Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to make a warranty claim, you must:
- Be the original purchaser as listed on the receipt.
- Lodge your claim within the valid warranty period from the date of receipt.

Warranty Periods
- Grom Electric Bikes:
  - 1 year on all "Grom" electric bikes sold from January 1st, 2025, onwards.
  - 6 months on all "Grom" bike batteries.
- Parts & Accessories:
  - 3 months on any parts & accessories.
  *Excludes items such as clothing, apparel, merchandise, bags, tyres, tubes, brake pads, discs, serviceable fluids, perishables, or wear and tear items, which do not have any warranty.

Void of Warranty
Bolt Bikes Australia takes customer safety seriously. Any modifications, alterations, or installation of parts not supplied as original equipment by Bolt Bikes Australia will void the product warranty immediately. We do not take responsibility for any problems arising from such modifications or alterations, which may pose serious safety risks.
